With my many tools in my wellness toolbox, my intention is to assist others in the Exploration, Enhancement and Integration of Body, Mind and Soul.

 

 I have spent the past 13 years studying and enhancing my skills as a healer after experiencing serious health complications throughout my life. From early childhood, I experienced abuse and trauma in many forms - sexual, physical, emotional and mental. Which later manifested into depression , anxiety, addictions, suicidal tendencies and debilitating autoimmune conditions.

 

 After learning how to overcome these health challenges, I discovered my purpose to share my knowledge and support others in their own journeys of Transformation and Wellbeing. I have studied in various fields such as Massage, Energy Healing, Kinesiology, Herbalism, Aromatherapy, Sound Healing, Mediumship, Meditation, Intuitive Rebirth, Energetic Engineering, Bodywork, Internal Family Systems- Child Part Therapy and Family Constellation Therapy.

 

After volunteering in many healing spaces at various festivals , events and retreats, it has truly given me the ability to hone in on my skills and get as much hands on experience with whomever is guided my way .

 

I am so passionate about empowering people to claim their power back, so that we can all walk this Earth as powerful beings, with true joy, self love, inner peace and equilibrium.
